Customer Care
For both liquid items and hanging air fresheners, please handle with extreme
care. These items must be kept out of the reach of children and if there has been contact with the skin, wash with soap and water. If obscurities on the skin appear, please seek medical advice. DO NOT EAT!

 

Please note, smoking in vehicles may cause scent on our products to  fade at a faster rate. To keep the scent fresh, we advise to suspend products freely and away from surfaces.

 

Delivery Information
All orders are shipped Royal Mail 1 st Class. Please allow 5 - 10 days for your order to be delivered. We try our upmost to fulfil orders as quickly as possible however, due to orders being made to order, dispatch time inevitably is increased.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of unwanted items. Only genuine faulty items will be accepted and should be reported to

In this instance, customers will be held accountable to delivery fees on return.
Only at the point of delivery and product assessment will a refund be issued at the discretion of The Freshest if we are satisfied the item is faulty.
