Hanging Air Fresheners 

For correct use please hang freely in your vehicle in a sensible place without obstructing your view when driving. Smoking in vehicles as well as frequently opening the window or using the vehicle heating system may cause the scent to fade at a faster rate. This item must be kept out of the reach of children at all times. If the product touches your skin, please wash effectively with plenty of soap. DO NOT EAT!

 

Hanging Glass Designer Scents

For correct use, please remove the lid of the product when your order arrives. Promptly after, remove the stopper and place the lid back on to it is tight. Gently shake the product and proceed to hang freely in your vehicle, in a sensible area where no obstruction is caused whilst you’re driving. This item must be kept out of the reach of children at all times. If the product touches your skin, please wash effectively with plenty of soap. DO NOT EAT!

Spray Bottles

For correct use please turn the lid to where it says ‘open’ in order to use your spray and proceed to ‘close’ when you no longer require your bottle to spray. This item must be kept out of the reach of children at all times. If the product touches your skin, please wash effectively with plenty of soap. DO NOT EAT!

 

The Freshest UK are not liable for any personal injury caused by our products. If you require any allergen information regarding the liquid, we use please email us at inbox@thefreshest.co.uk and we will assist you. All products must be handled with care and must be kept out of the way of children, pets or anyone that requires supervision.

 

Sticker Orders

All stickers are quality control checked before they leave our office. We will not be liable for any misapplication of stickers. Once the backing paper is removed The Freshest will not be liable for the replacement of stickers. However, If you require information on the best correct use for any of our stickers please contact our team on inbox@thefreshest.co.uk and we can provide you with one-to-one assistance on how best to apply. 


 

Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

All orders are made to order by our team and sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. We aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 5 working days of ordering; delivery is then estimated to take 3-5 working days thereafter. Orders that are outside of the UK will also be dispatched within 5 working days however, once posted please expect the order to take 7-10 working days to arrive. Please be aware that clothing orders may take longer, you will be notified via email on the estimated dispatch time.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

If you wish to amend any details of your order or your order is missing please contact us on inbox@thefreshest.co.uk with your full name and order number. If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks please contact our team.

Please note Saturday, Sunday and all bank holidays are non-working days, if you contact one of our team on one of these days we will reply on the next working day.

 

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns. 

All of our orders are quality checked before they leave our office. If your order arrives damaged please send us an email at inbox@thefreshest.co.uk with photographic evidence and we will rectify the situation as soon as we can.
